SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • Processing

Once we receive your order please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).  All orders are subject to a processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled.  After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Please note that your tracking number will update once USPS has received the package and it is successfully processed through their system.

  • Shipping

Yes that’s right. We ship internationally. Please allow 5-7 days for domestic shipping. We ship all orders through USPS.  To ensure your package arrives within the advertised timeframe,  kindly ensure that your address is entered correctly and include all required and relevant accurate information. 100Flavours is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced packages due to  incorrect addresses.

  • Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy lasts 7 days after the order is received. Returns/Exchanges are not processed until we receive the item at our processing facility.  For returns/exchanges, please contact via email our customer service department and we will be happy to assist. Items are only exchangeable if unworn/unused, in good condition,  and in original packaging.
